Ed Kuchinski's practice focuses on litigation involving business, construction and insurance disputes. Ed has a wide range of experience including cases regarding construction and design defects, contract disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, professional negligence, property and other types of insurance, personal injury, product liability and general commercial litigation. Ed has arbitrated or tried property insurance claims, construction disputes, disability insurance, medical malpractice, auto negligence and product liability. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ed has been awarded an "AV" rating, the highest possible, by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory.

Prior to joining Sivyer, Barlow & Watson, PA, Ed was a shareholder in Carlton Fields' Tampa office where he practiced in its commercial and construction law groups. He has been a presenter at seminars regarding construction liens and contracts. Ed also practiced with LeValley & Napolitano, PL where he specialized in representing property owners in insurance disputes. Ed was born in New Jersey and raised in North Miami.
